I got on phone with xerox support for issue on brand new phaser 6700 printer. Problem is it prints blury on one side of page. other side is printing fine. on phone IT guy told me to do color registration 100 times and then RAM reset. and basically made whole printer to default factory settings and it never got fixed. He told me he will call back and still phone is on my hand waiting for call.
What can be reason of this issue. only on one side is blury.
