hi,
we have phaser 7800DN # AT1 237776 when start switch ON. appearing on Control panel screen (logo xerox / energy star) and green LED Blinking then the control panel goes to blank deam screen, to be start again the printer same issue.
The action: first going to firmware upgrade 081.150.103.05600 the printer accepted and upgrade done. but the result same issue hunging and not start the software and
the printer does not come to a ready state
any solution for that ?
