tried using one from another phaser7800 and this didnt correct the issue.

Yes. The Sd have part no.160E04220.

I notice it has a HD, a Memory stick, and a SD Card.

You are saying try replacing the SD Card? Is this something i have to get from xerox or just something that will fit?

I have a Phaser 7800 that will not print but gives no error message.

I tried printing the Configuration page and the usage page. It shows up on the screen as if it is going to do it, it even starts to sound like its warming up, but then it just settles back down and does nothing. The screen stills shows printing page 1 of 2 on the configuration page, but it does not do anything.

I have reset it, checked all the cartridges, check the fuser, removed the board from the back and reseted the memory, i have reset the NVRAM and Factory settings.

Any ideas?
