I am not sure that I understand your question but it looks like your sample has a light area.

I have seen similar defects because of paper with dampness in some areas. Have you tried using a new fresh ream of paper?

I would suggest that you review the Phaser 8560 Support & Drivers site and following solution.

White, Light Lines or Streaks (Eliminate Light Stripes)

phaser 8560 print quality

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Did all the print quality troubleshooting eliminate light stripe and jet substitution. See the picture of light stripes tes page.
