Hello,
I have an 8560DN that suddenly began to jam paper (20 lb copy paper, which I always use).
I remove the jammed paper from the front cover, then the next sheet jams,
I have wiped down the rollers, checked for bits of lodged paper, changed the paper, flipped the paper over, wiped the maint. kit blade, pulled out the paper drawer and checked underneath, turned it off for an hr, then restarted it, and have restarted in diag. mode and cleared the isc faults.
All to no avail, as it continues to jam.
The long roller at the top cover spins freely - I don't remember if it should do this, or not. The small roller in the pull-down front flap does not move - the plastic bits to each side of this roller spin, but that roller does not let me roll it - again, not sure if this is normal, or not.
