print-out is very weak, not strong enough to read it normally

Product Name: Phaser 6500
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

I had a problem with horizontal stripes.

I fixed it with the recommodations in one of the sections of this forum.

But now I have an new problem. If I print something, the print-out is very weak. It is not strong enough to read it normaly.IMG_0559.JPG

I have already done a toner refresh black (after initialize nvm and clean developer because of the stripes).

there is enough toner (80%).

What can I do?
