print page has strange marks

I found a couple of article that have some troubleshooting steps for you to try and resolve the spots on your prints.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100,

Hello,

My print pages have these dot circles on the left side.

I'm not sure if the printer needs cleaning.

Does anybody know what might be causing this?
