Hi 

Make sure about the Scaling Option under the printer preferences on Both Printers to be the same 

and if you printing a pdf document Also make sure about the size settings to be same too 

and unclick the "Choose paper source by PDF page size

I have a phaser 3600 printer and a phaser 3610
When printing the same document on both printers, the phaser 3610 prints smaller and with greater margin
The document is the same, with identical print settings and the PCL properties of the printer are also identical.
How can I reduce the margin or enlarge the size of the impression in the phaser 3160?
