printer driver packager

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

does anyone know how to create a custom printer driver package or how create custom printer driver defaults which includes printer IP address, admin credintials and custom presets, ie B/W and 1 side printing so the customer clicks on an exe file and the printer driver installs with pre-configure settings.
