printer error code 93,598.00:1289

Product Name: ColorQube 8570

I had received printer jam error and resolved that issue however now when printer trys to reboot I am getting error: 93,598.00:1289.  I have power cycled the printer twice and it did not help.  Please advise.  Thank you.
