printer jam

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I get an error message (077-901) that there is a rear paper jam, but there is no paper there. I have turned off the machine to let it reset, but when I turn it back on the error message pops up again. I am stuck because the printer believes there is a piece of paper jammed and there is actually nothing there. Help!

Hello Bandit0949,

I searched the Knowledgebase and found these steps on clearing the jam for that fault code. If you have tried all that and it still isn't fixed you may need to schedule a service call: 1-800-821-2797
