printer stapling on wrong side

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I am using a Xerox C8035 printer. When set to stapling, the printer always staples on the right side of the documents. I need the printer to staple on the left top hand side. How do I set the printer to staple on the left top hand side?
