printing defaults to bypass tray

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Drivers for the last 2 years default to bypass tray for Windows 10 and Android Xerox Print Service Plugin.

We can use a 2017 PCL6 driver with windows 10 and print to letter and tabloid trays fine.  If we use newer drivers the printer defaults to the bypass tray.  We have tried all combinations of tray settings and device tray selections and can not print to any other tray.  The 2017 driver works fine with most recent versions of windows.  However we can not find a work around for the most recent versions of android with the Xerox Print Service plugin.  The plugin works fine with 11 x 17 printing, just not letter size.
