I tried with Firefox browser but can not reach the address of the machine. The real problem is the following: I can not set DHCP because shortly after the settings are reset .. What can it be?

If you are doing it from a web browser, use another one, specifically, never use Chrome with a Xerox device

I noticed that the printer can not save DHCP settings. It is reset, after a few seconds, automatically to "Manual"
How can I solve?

No need to, if you can see the defect the drum is garbage, if you can't see it the drum isn't the problem.
