Re: printing labels

Is it possible to specify the printed to be used and the number of copies to be printed from a report with code? I have a form I use to view product info like product ID, description, price, quantity in stock, etc. I have a button that prints a report generating my product label to a label printer . I need to be able to specify which printer it goes to depending on the user, as well as how many labels to print. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,

Re: printing labels

Hi info,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are loading the labels per the instructions in this article Load Labels in the Bypass Tray from the online support for your machine.  Also make sure you have it set for labels in the driver you are using to print.  You need to have labels chosen in 3 places, the program you are printing from, in the driver, and labels chosen when you load the bypass tray.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,
