Hello Killion,

This sounds like an application issue with Pass Thru and not with the Printer. I would check the print menu settings with using Pass Thru.

printing no color

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

printing quickbooks checks passing thru versachecks. printing in color when in versa check but not when passing thru. everthing in black prints
