Try to install the global print driver on one pc.

all PCs have windows 8.1 64 bits

the driver that we use in all PCs is the lastest driver in the download page:

Web-based Print Driver Installer Version: 5.216.15

I had no problems during installation

Please provide more info about the drivers and OS.

in my work we got the workcentre 4260 and we can´t configure properly. some people can print without problem using the full version drivers, other people don´t because the computer freezes when they want to print. the printer is on line with 18 computers.

i´m the system/network administrator so you can answer me in technical terms.
