Hello Focusonitaly, 

 

Here is an article for installing the MAC drivers, if you're still having issues after uninstalling and reinstalling the driver following the steps in the article.  I would suggest contacting the support department for assistance.

printing problems

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Whenever I try to print from my MacBook Pro I get pages and pages of ASCII characters and I end up wasting a ton of paper. Printing from iOS devices, as well as Windows devices, works just fine.

Very frustrating. What can you do to help?
