The printer at work is a Xerox (XRX WC 7225) I have a mac with macOS 10.15 . Every time I try printing something it never works or it prints blank pages with codes. I don’t know how to get it to work?
You can't print from a Mac unless your work paid for the Postscript kit for the printer, if they did, you would need to just download and install the driver from Xerox.com. So it would seem they did not get the PS kit (Windows users can print via PCL drivers, Apple products don't have that option
Then download and reinstall the print driver from Xerox.com. The only recent thing to have changed is the Mac. Probably due to 10.15.3 which happily stomps out Xerox drivers with Apple drivers
