problem of color printing

Product Name: DocuCentre SC2020
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

I have a problem of color printing on MacOs High Sierra 10.13.6 on the Fuji Xerox sc 2020 printer, the drivers are installed but the prints come out only in black / white.
If anyone has a solution, help me.
