problem with Altalink C8030, when hibernate lost the fonts

You can't upgrade, it is on the latest version

You also can't disable power saving, if it were allowed, the devices could not get Energy star certification.

All problems related to the power saver in any level of firmware, even network connectivity issues that don't appear related, are fixed by simply setting the USB port to powered in this screen

i going to try this and do a upgrade, did you now how can I change the energy saver to not hibernate, just for the time to resolve the problem until i got there

Altboot it with no data backup and do not use a clone to restore it.

The fact the fonts are actually on the machine and there is no reason for them to get lost (They are not an app and certainly are not cloud based) so there is nothing to troubleshoot, it is just broken.

If they issue had to do with LAN connectivity coming out of hibernate I could fix that easily enough, but the loss of fonts is not something ever reported in this or any other device I have come across in 15 years

Hello, I have a Altalink C8030 in a costumer and they print ok but when the printer enter in hibernation when exit form them the font don´t work,

I have the 100.008.028.05200 version
