Please review the this article on incompatible toner message.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance.

problem with new toner

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

the printer is altalink c8045, it was working fine, but after installing a new black toner it keeps saying that the cyan/yellow/magenta tonners are not compatible. the collor toners was working fine before installing the new black toner. this printer is located in a school in greece, it was given as a gift from an institution. it is the first time the school tried to change the toner.
