Re: problem with printing on thick smooth paper - pigment is not baked to all printed area

I can't that paper product on google or xerox.com, can you link it?

If it's 350-400gsm it won't work. The printer supports a max gsm of 250 and you must program that tray as Heavy weight Cardstock or HW Cardstock Gloss for it to run the paper slowly through the fuser good Image quality.

problem with printing on thick smooth paper - pigment is not baked to all printed area

Product Name: WorkCentre 7220i/7225i
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hi! I am trying to print a paperback image on digital-print paper Xerox Colotech SG 350/400 with Workcentre 7220i. Unfortunatelly, the pigment of main color area is not baked well to whole paper surface, see below. It's something wrong with the printer? Thx a lot for any suggestions. Simon
