Community Manager hola buenas noches disculpa por no poder responder a tiempo me encopntraba de viaje pero he realizadop todo como me imdicas y sigue dando malos resultados, he visto otras soluciones de ustedes y pudiera ser el fusor, pero este equipo es realmente nuevo no tiene mas de 20 impresiones y tiene fecha de fabricacion del mes de enero

Hi reinaldoazocar, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. looks like you are using glossy cardstock.  Make sure you are setting the paper type at the machine and in the driver.  See this article How To Select the Paper Type and Size .

If it is not set correctly it can cause poor print quality and paper jams.  Also make sure that the paper you are using is within specifications for the WorkCentre 6515. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

hola buenas noches tengo problemas con mi impresora workcentre 6515 falla en atasco de papel y problemas en calidad de imagen es un equipo nuevo, de poco uso menos de 15 impresiones y al imprimir a color tengo manchas en las imagenes y la calidad no es buena, tambien me atasca el papel. que debo hacer?
