"Load Letter"

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Xerox ColorQube 8870.

We've several of these machines. All setup identically. Same firmware.

 

One of them is constantly telling us to "Load Letter" (We're in the UK, hence everything is A4)

Letter substitution on the printer is ON

All driver defaults are A4, and automatic resize as per loaded paper size is on.

These settings, both on printer and in drivers, are identical to the rest of the printers we have, yet only this one is constantly telling us the above.

It's been reset countless times.
