Yes of course, the model is WorkCentre® 7830. I’ve already handle with this issue. The problem was that device probably has worked with additional billing device. Accounting Method was set to "Auxiliary accounting device". When I change it to "none" the problem is solved.

I've just bought used Xerox to my company. I sucefully configured it and I,m able to perform most of the jobs but not the printig form PC. All jobs are listed on Xerox panel and has message - "Zapłac za Drukowanie" wich, in direct translation, meas "Pay for printing" (maybe there is diferent name in englis for this fucntion) I'm able to perform this job form Xerox panel but all jobs form PC are blocked. How I can turn off this feature?
