Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I've had this printer for about a year and a half now, and while it has some annoying quirks (always printing off a diagnostic sheet on start up, going haywire and printing page after page of weird symbols), I've for the most part been able to use it as intended with good quality results.

However, I just tried to print something and, having not changed any settings, I get this VERY helpful status report. I tried restarting it, I unplugged the power cord for 20 seconds and then firmly plugged it back in, I did the same with the wired connection, nothing. 

A diagnostic sheet prints every time I start it back up, so it prints just fine, but for some reason it refuses to talk to my computer now.

I bought this printer so I could print from home for my business and simplify my workflow, and now my business comes screeching to a halt.

Any insight or suggestions are much appreciated.
