"Ready to scan. Copying and printing not available" - how do I fix this issue?

Product Name: ColorQube 8700
Operating System: Not Applicable

Looking for support with ColorQube 8700.

Continues to show message stating "Ready to Scan. Copying and printing not available".

Have already attempted several hard shutdown / restart operations using the power button on the back of the machine. Message is still remaining after each restart.

Fault history shows the following 4 codes from today back through June 2021:

389.102.00; 391.722.00; 303.316.00; 303.777.00

None of these codes seem to be related to the message on the control panel.

I also completed a Software Reset through the Machine Status/Tools/Troubleshooting/Reset/SoftwareReset. It restarted after this was completed, but the "Ready to scan. Copying and printing not available" still remains.
