"Unable to verify the printer on your network."

Product Name: Xerox AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.12 - Sierra

on Mac computers running High Sierra or Mojave, we are unable to add the Xerox Altalink 8035 printer by IPP.The following error is returned:


After pressing Continue the printer is added, however when trying to print, the que immediately goes to "Paused/Ready to Print" and nothing is printed
