I would start by re-installing the Xerox print driver for your device.
First of all, I am not very technically inclined, but I have this printer at work. It has worked well up until today I went to print something and it said "The port is not connected. Check it.
I have ran the troubleshooting and it cannot help me. I have tried some fixes I found online, but it was not helpful.
Help, please
