Hi,

"Raster Output Scanner" is the Laser Unit of the machine and if you get this message it is definetly defective. You will need a tech to replace it.

Operating System: Windows 10

I am trying to photocopy a page with the flatbed scanner  but I get error message "raster output scanner is not responding"

 

How to fix it ?
