Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 11

how do you get the scan function to work

how do I install a 'batch' file

why is this not user friendly  I am not a computer engineer  I have never had a product like this

Hi JasonL, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not mention what your scan destination.  Here is a video that will get you started. Then I would suggest going to the online support for your WorkCentre 6515 and search for setup scanning and choose the instructions that are for your scan destination.  I am not sure what you mean by Install a batch file, for what purpose?
