Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this post especially the last two replies.  Disabling the Client Side Rendering seems to work for the majority of people that see this error.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

splwow64 error when changing properties

Product Name: Xerox Global Print Driver
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Some users are unable to change printer properties. They get a splwow64.exe error. "Some or all property pages(s) may not be displayed". This is only with Xerox printers, not Canon or HP. 

We tried:

  • Newest drivers
  • Re-installed printers
  • Repair install of Windows 10 
  • No client-side processing
  • Excluded splwow64.exe from antivirus monitoring

Any ideas?
