Sounds like you have tried everything except powering the printer off, if powering the printer doesn't fix the issue it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
my Xerox Phaser 6022 had a jamb, after that it will print one page and say there is a paper jamb, open the back door to clear. after we open the door we find NO paper jamb, when we close the back door it says ready to print, then it prints one page, and again it stops and says paper jamb open rear door to clear. so we open the door then close it and it prints the third page and then again says paper jamb open rear door to clear. Please someone help. I really need this working. I love this printer prints so well and doesn't eat toner. Please someone help.. my email is below
