storing tray 1

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi, I have an old workcentre 5875 printer that changed the configuration of tray 1 by removing A4 and even if I can configure it manually with the custom function it does not remain in memory. How can I solve it? Thanks
