Hi Mike,

It looks like the black drum cartridge is defective.

I have a docucolor 250 and when I try to print or copy on a 12 x 18 sheet of paper, I get a black streak across the top.  I don't have any problems when printing something smaller.  I'm assume I need to clean something.  I have a service manual and am fairly handle.  Can someone give me a suggestion as to where to start?  Thanks!
