Hi, marrow30!

Is scale to fit selected? If so unselect it and set the scaling to 100%.

Also click on page setup and change to the required paper size, if that does not work open up a new document with the canvas size set to letter and then try printing it.

If that does not work, check the printer settings, is the tray being used configured to letter?

Hi. The printer is working fine in Mavericks in all other software except from Photoshop. It always defaults to tabloid, then I have to cancel the print on the printer because it is getting a paper size mismatch. I suppose this is because it's been sent to print at letter but defaults back to tabloid. Any ideas how to correct this?
