Hi Bobby bobby, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Unfortunately those videos are no longer available.  The videos were in a format that is no longer compatible with the platform. Thank you for bringing this to our attention the videos have been removed.  You can search for answers in the knowledgebase.
