the printer always tries to print from bypass tray.

I searched our knowledgebase and found this solution that may help you set the tray default at he device.

Hello.

after i changed my pc, the printer always tries to print form bypass tray, although i set all the defaults to tray 1.

note: it wants the bypass tray from word and pdf, but when i print from chrome browser, it works.

i failed to find the correct settings. set the defaults to tray 1, in: word, pdf, xerox homepage, xerox app.

last driver from xerox website, all the xerox sw is downloaded 3 days ago from xilinx.

the printer is WorkCenrte 6515DN.

please help.
