If you mean you are getting prints of "screen dumps" or lines of gibberish please see this article about printing gibberish or garbled text. actually my os is OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
I try to download the .dmg from te support page but all I get is screendumps of code....?!
Anyone familiar with this issue?
