I searched the knowledgebase for the issue paper type mismatch, and found this solution that may help with the settings to avoid this issue in the future.

unable to configure paper size and tray assignment

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi there,

I am having serious probIems configuring this printer settings...

I just need the printer to take the bypass tray as always having A3 paper in it and tray one to always have A4 and just default to that whenever an app sends a print job.

No matter which way i try to configure this either throught he printer's web page or the printer driver, I cannot get it to print without an error message coming up on the printers screen saying the paper size is wrong.. There doesn't seem to be a setting for tray and paper size defaults.

Can somebody please help?
