unable to print

Product Name: xerox phaser 6000B
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

the computer sends a test page to the printer but the printer will not print it.

Hello bobmunog, 

 

Have you tried checking the printers utility to see if there are any alerts causing you not to be able to print, click here for instruction on how to check the utility. 

 

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
