Hi Dougbitt,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Without knowing what printer you are using it is diffcult to give you an answer.  Here are some things you can look at or try:

Configure the finisher options after you install the printer

Go to system preferences then printers, go to the option of the printer and setup the finisher options

Be sure the correct ppd is chosen, not the adobe generic ppd

If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

unable to staple with mac Mojave

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

After upgrading, the printer no longer staples, even though the option is checked for stapling.
