That URL looks like it takes you to the Catalina driver, and you indicate you have Big Sur. I would recommend you reinstall the printer with the Big Sur Driver found here.

I can't print using this printer at all - when I press Print, nothing prints out. I have removed it , reinstalled the driver multiple times.
When I click on the Printer > Open Print Queue, then it shows an error: "The software for the printer was installed incorrectly, Would you like it to be repaired"? When I click Repair, nothing changes. I have tried to remove all related files and driver using this guide : https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/x_wc7556_en-O17473
Still no luck. Any workaround?
