Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for unable to print.  I do not think that the phone carrier should have any effect on your ability to print from the computer.  If the problem continues after you try the solutions referenced above please consider contacting your local support centre

upgraded to a new phone carrier

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

printer is not printing from computer,  we got a new phone carrier.  Please advise where to input change
