There is no way to do that at the copy level, and various ways to do it with print, so if it is happening to copies and prints, your device is very broken, you would need a tech to do an Altboot to wipe it out completely back to factory settings.
Be very certain this issue happens to everything in copy and print, because if that isn't the case, wiping it will do nothing. This issue would normally be app controlled, so it would happen in Acrobat if and when someone selected to use it for example
