I searched the Knowledgebase and found this article on setting up the wireless network. There may be some steps in here that will help you troubleshoot what is going on with your set up.

why can I found the printer after 2 succesfull set ups???

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I folks, I has been installing the drivers and automatically performing the set up the Phaser 3020 over WiFi with out issues in 2 different PC on the same network.

BUT, When I'm trying to do it on the third one... I'm lost. This is the thing. I'm runinng the driver software on a DELL 7460 and cannot find the printer.. and finish the instalation. 

Steps: run the Phaser_3020_Windows_Print_Driver_Installer_Package.exe

where it is asking me about the "type of connection" I'm selection the secound one... 'wireless..'

after that I select the secound option again... 'No, my printer is allready connected' ... and after of a supposed searching over my network I'm getting the same message over and over again "NO PRINTER FOUND..."

a total disappointment.. any idea what's going on?
