You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xerox Print driver. It sounds like it may just be a problem wit the application and not the printer itself.

will not print froim microsoft word

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

3 weeks ago we had a power cut, not my printer will not print from Microsoft word, it will print from everything else, but not word
