Re: will not print

The printer has wired and wireless ability for the LAN.

It would seem both are set up, but whichever is set as the primary isn't working.

The settings are found by logging into the copier as admin and going to Device > Connectivity, either change the Primary or fix the connection, whichever it may be

will not print

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Greetings folks, I am getting this message on my printer screen "Check PrimaryNet".  Anyone know what that means?  Tech supports leaves me on hold forever even though I have a reference number.  I need to print!!
