windows 10 can't print

i did use windows 7 driver. there is no help

Use the same driver you did in Win7, because you are describing an issue that happens with v4 drivers (Blue instead of orange)

i have 2 computers with windows 7 and windows 10

from windows 7 i can print normally, but when i try to print from windows 10 workcentre 7328 says

"the selected paper size is not available load the following xerox paper size into the lock
tray: tray3

paper size:A3

press C to cancel job
"

tried to install all type of drivers for windows 10 and windows 7 driver result the same. tried to change settings in all places to print from tray1 and A4 papersize then i have also the same error. from tray 3 it also doesnt print

what should i do?
